a_drain heli would be a better vehicle than the balloon, but the balloon is better than heli, so heli just has to settle for being second best.
tafr why's it the best vehicle? Isn't heli better?
a_drain yeah, it's sad that there really isn't much to do aside from keyspamming and super precise stuff. the balloon is still the best vehicle, though.
